Ground floor
Entering on the ground-floor, you will find a large living room with smart and satellite TV, which leads into a grand, open-plan kitchen and dining area complete with a breakfast island, dining table with 12 seats and an open fire place.
The semi-professional kitchen is fitted with all the necessary appliances, including: an American fridge and freezer, a combined convection and steam oven, two dish washers, a cooker, a tap which produces instant boiled water, a teppanyaki cooking hob and a second large oven.
The kitchen gives way to a huge, fully furnished terrace (90m2) with chairs, an outdoor sofa, tables and parasols. There is also an outdoor fire place, as well as a large Weber BBQ.
This floor also has a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom with shower, two sinks and a separate toilet.
For your storage needs, you will also find a pantry which has closets on this floor.

First Floor
On this floor, there are three bedrooms with double beds, and one children’s bedroom with a single bed and a child-size bed. There is also a “chill space” with TV and Xbox and a large collection of DVDs. There is a large bathroom with a separate shower, two sinks and a separate bath.

Lower Floor
On the lower floor, you will find an additional bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with
a toilet and shower and sink.
There is also a large fitness and wellness room with 4 fitness machines (cross; treadmill; bike trainer; vibrating plate) as well as a transparent sauna for 6 persons. The room gives way to a huge terrace (125m2) which has an all-weather table tennis table.
This floor also contains a utility room with a washing machine, a dryer and an additional fridge.

Car Port and Ski Hub
The house has a covered carport which fits 4 cars. One enters through the garage which has been converted into a ski-hub, with heating for 5 pair of skiboots and a display of many skis, ski shoes, poles and helmets which may be used for free. Skis which are used need to be returned after a service at the local shop near the house (€15).

Children's Corner
Families with babies and young children should find everything they need in and around the villa. There is a baby crib and child-sized bed, a “tripp-trapp” high-chair in the dining room and an additional baby chair. For warming baby food quickly, there is also a microwave in the kitchen.
The huge enclosed and private garden is perfect for outdoor play, with a large swing set, trampoline and table tennis table. 100 metres from the property, there is also a small hill which is specially made for small children to do sledding and skiing, with a slow child-friendly lift to take you to the top. In the house you will find sledges which can be borrowed. The Panoramabad across the road from the villa is also ideal for kids, with a large slide and a special section for very small children.
For rainy days inside, the chill space on the first floor will keep the kids entertained with a TV, Xbox, and a large collection of DVDs for children.
Accessibility
The house is accessible for guests with different access requirements. Throughout the house, the doors are wide enough to allow a wheelchair to pass through comfortably. All essential amenities can be found on the ground floor and are accessible by wheelchair, including 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet and the kitchen. There is also step-free access to the large terrace, which can also be reached through the living room
